Thinking about time and maps. Like for example a treasure hunt for time.
I’m supposed to spend my time on other things instead of using it on what I’m not supposed to.
I’m supposed to work on my website.
I’m supposed to embroider, which I did a little bit besides helping E fetching soil for the mole he caught today; and later calming S because he got bitten by the mole E caught.
Trying to explain to E why we couldnt keep the mole as a pet.
I was also supposed to finish 2 proposals as well. ( I didnt finish them, but reworked it a little bit).
What a strange word: suppose!
What I did do was some reading (not the 2 books waiting on my bedshelf = 1. the notebook by N. Sparks, 2. the history of dolls) but some websites/blogs.
It has been an interesting internet surfing session at least.
I found out about an intersting site look here.
There I saw two more interesting sites. 1. “Map your Memories” project here
Here’s two of my favourite maps….(still looking at the others- taking my time)
Maps are more about their makers than the places they describe. Map who you are. Map where you are. Fill the map with a story or paint your favorite cup of coffee. Map the invisible. Map the obvious. Map your memories. By Becky Cooper
And 2. A ‘Time wasting experiment” see here.
This is some of my many favourites. Check out Alyson Provax’s site!
So all in all I had a great time with time and maps. x
